Tablestories (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information when you use our website, mobile app, and optional WhatsApp connection to Souschef.

3. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal data.
We may share limited data with trusted partners (e.g., cloud-storage providers) only as necessary to operate Tablestories and only under confidentiality agreements.

5. WhatsApp and Souschef
Connecting WhatsApp is optional. When you send a one-time linking code from WhatsApp, we associate your WhatsApp phone number and sender identity with your signed-in Tablestories account. We use that association to identify your account and deliver your Souschef conversation.
We process your inbound text messages, our replies, message identifiers, and delivery information to provide the service, preserve message order, prevent duplicate processing, and troubleshoot delivery problems. Souschef uses your account’s recipes, favorites, dietary preferences, and saved memory to personalize replies. WhatsApp has its own conversation history while using the same account preferences and memory as the website.
Messages sent through this channel pass through Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform and our service infrastructure. Message content and relevant account context are processed by the systems and service providers that operate Souschef and generate its responses. WhatsApp and Meta also process information under their own applicable terms and privacy policies. See WhatsApp’s Privacy Policy.
The current integration responds to inbound text. It does not provide a live human-agent queue. For human support, contact admin@tablestories.ai.
6. WhatsApp Retention, Disconnect, and Deletion
We retain the account-to-WhatsApp association to keep your account connected. We store conversation history and saved Souschef memory to provide continuity. Messages awaiting processing and delivery information may also be retained to complete replies and handle retries. After processing is complete, temporary sender and message text are cleared from the delivery queue; this does not delete conversation history or saved memory.
You can disconnect WhatsApp from your Tablestories account settings. Disconnect removes the account association used for future WhatsApp conversations. It does not by itself erase existing Souschef conversation history, saved preferences, or memory.
To request access, correction, or deletion of your WhatsApp association, conversation data, or other account information, email admin@tablestories.ai. We may ask for information needed to verify that the request relates to your account. Explain whether you want to disconnect WhatsApp, delete WhatsApp-related data, or delete your whole account. Copies held by WhatsApp, Meta, or other participants are subject to their own controls and policies.
7. Children’s Privacy
Our service is intended for users 18 years and older.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
If we learn that an under-age user has provided data, we will promptly delete the account and its associated information.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
If we make material changes, we will post the revised Policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date above.
